Bose is a visionary leader, a seasoned Administrator, a Motivational speaker, an astute Teacher, Organized and detailed personality and a professional Human Resources Practitioner. She has extensive Leadership managerial experience spanning many years across industries including Consulting, Education, Manufacturing, Banking and Insurance. She is an expert in Training, Coaching, Mentoring and facilitating learning as a Human Resources Practitioner and Consultant.

Bose holds a degree in Law from the University of London, a Masters’ in Business Administration (MBA) from Federal University of Technology, Akure and a Master in Industrial and Labour Relations (MILR).  She is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School with the Advanced Management Programme (AMP28).

Professionally, Bose is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (FCIS), London and Nigeria, a Fellow of the Portfolio Management Institute (FIPM), An Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM), and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIMN), Nigeria. She has attended many courses and seminars within and outside Nigeria.

Her work experience span over a period of twenty (25) years, twelve out of it was at the Management level. She served as Head of Human Resources Management Department of two major Insurance Companies for fourteen (14) years. Bose has expertise in Developing HR Policies, Talent Acquisition and Management, (Recruitment and retention), Training, Manpower Development and Employee Engagement, Performance and Compensation Management skills (Setting KPI, EPC, etc), Mastery of Labour Laws and practice, Employee and Industrial Relations Skills (Conflict Resolutions), Compliance with Regulatory requirements. She is a seasoned Human Resources Practitioner.

Bose is also a consultant with the African Development Bank on Training and Manpower Development.
